The Leathers We Work With
Our current selection includes Italian Buttero and Tuscan full-grain cowhide, British JE saddlery leather, Argentine SDS vegetable-tanned leather, and one of the rarest hides in existence: Cordovan, known as the diamond of leathers.
What Makes Cordovan So Special?
Cordovan leather — also known as shell cordovan — comes from a very specific part of the horse: a dense, fibrous shell beneath the hide on the hindquarters. Horses naturally use their tails to protect this area from insects, which means the skin here is remarkably intact, with almost no blemishes or imperfections.
This shell accounts for just one-eighth of the horse's hindquarter — making it exceptionally rare. Its fibre density is unlike any other leather: it does not crack, peel, or crease in the way conventional hides do. Instead, with time and wear, Cordovan develops a deep, luminous patina that only grows more beautiful with age.
Cordovan is also the most water-resistant leather ever produced. It is smooth, supple, extraordinarily durable — and it is why so many of the world's finest leather goods are made from it. Our Cordovan collar represents the pinnacle of what we offer.
Why Genuine Leather Changes Everything
A lot of BDSM gear looks fine in photographs. But comfort, fit, leather quality, and how a piece actually feels against your skin — these things only reveal themselves when you put it on.
